Who this is for

You should use this if you are working with, funded by, or have an agreement with, a foreign government, authority, political party or other entity to do or arrange activities in the UK.

For example:

• you have a contract with a foreign government to provide services
• you receive funding or grants from a foreign government

• a Russian or Iranian government-controlled entity doing activities in the UK
• a foreign government employee doing activities while misrepresenting who you are or the capacity in which you are acting
