You must register if you:
- a foreign power is directing you to influence UK politics
- a specified foreign power, or specified entity controlled by a foreign power, is directing you to do activities in the UK
- you are a specified entity controlled by a foreign power and doing activities in the UK
- you work for a foreign power and misrepresent who you are or the role you have when doing activities in the UK
